One To One Support
Do you need to support with your day to day challenges? We have experienced peer support mentors and befrienders who can help you with coping strategies, support you with attending appointments and share their experiences of living with poor mental health. We can help you identify areas of your life you want to improve and we can support you in setting goals to enable you to do that. If you just want to talk we will listen.
You can train to be a volunteer to support and help our members with the activities and events. We will provide full training and support. (Please note and enhanced dbs check will be required before acceptance on this program).
Mental Health Awareness
You can be part of our Mental Health Awareness Events and Campaigns in the community and with local employers. Help us break down the stigma surrounding mental health and support inclusion and independence to raise the social capital of those who live with mental health issues.
